The main exhibition of Agricultural Complex
of the country
On the basis of the seminar with regional representatives in the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation 18.08.03.
On the 18th of August a seminar- conference with regional representatives took place in the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation. It was devoted to the problems in preparation of the main exhibition of Agricultural Complex of the country- Russian agricultural exhibition “Golden Autumn’2003”.
The organizers of the event appeared: Ministry of agriculture of the Russian Federation, Moscow Government, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, close corporation JSC “P&I”Maxima”.
More than 100 regional representatives took part in the conference, managers of agro industrial units among them, who are directly in charge of all the preparations to get their region ready to participate in the exhibition, representatives of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation of subjects of the Russian Federation and members of exhibition companies- authorized operators to organize the collective exposition of the region.
The most important issues were discussed concerning participation of regions in the exhibition, as well as some urgent problems of development of exhibition-fair activity in the country, first of all in the sphere of Agricultural Complex .
S.A.Dankvert, the first deputy of Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, opened the seminar-conference.

“The strategy of section formation of Russian Agro Industrial exhibition “Golden Autumn’2003 ”;
O.A.Virichev, deputy of the head of the Food stocks Department of Moscow Government,
“The importance of Russian Agro Industrial exhibition “Golden Autumn’2003” in the integration on the basis of the program “Moscow-regions”;
After the discussion of the main points concerning the organization of the exhibition was finished, round tables were held with the members of the close corporation “PIK”Maxsima, where the more concrete aspects of the coming exhibition were considered in detail.
All the participants received a set of informational materials, necessary for getting ready for the exhibition.
The work of the seminar-conference was very active and turned out to be extremely productive. Constructive discussion of urgent problems in the organization of regions in Russian Agro Industrial exhibition “Golden Autumn” gave a new impulse to a more effective promotion of the latest achievements of the national Agricultural Complex onto the All-Russian market.
