How to become an exhibitor

1. Contact the Organizer by phone, fax or e-mail and ask for an exhibiton floor plan and an application form.

2. Choose an unoccupied stand; contact the manager of the exhibition who will reserve it for you.
3. Fill in an application form and send it to the Organizer.
4. Sign the contract and make a complete payment according to the terms specified in the contract.
5. Get an Exhibitior's Manual. The manual contains a complete list of additional services (car pass-ticket ordering, telephone placing, translator, additional personnel, additional equipment, advertising etc.). You can order any additional services and make payment according to the terms specified in Exhibitior's Manual.
6. The deadline for the exhibition participation - February 15, 2007.
