How to become an exhibitor

1. Contact the Organizer by phone, fax or e-mail and ask for an exhibiton floor plan and an application form.

2. Choose an unoccupied stand; contact the manager of the exhibition who will reserve it for you.
3. Fill in an application form and send it to the Organizer.
4. Sign the contract and make a complete payment according to the terms specified in the contract.
5. Get an Exhibitior's Manual at our web-site (maxima-expo.ru). The manual contains a complete list of additional services (car pass-ticket ordering, telephone placing, translator, additional personnel, additional equipment, advertising etc.). You can order any additional services and make payment according to the terms specified in Exhibitior's Manual.
