1. Connect the Organizer by phone, fax or e-mail and ask for an exhibition floor plan and a contract application form.

2. Choose unoccupied stand; connect the Organizer who will reserve it for you.
3. Fill in an application form and send it to the Organizer.
4. Pay a first part of a bill according to a contract.
5. After you have paid a first part the Organizer sends you an "Exhibitor's manual" (an information about the whole range of things you need to prepare for the exhibition, including car pass-tickets ordering, telephone placing, additional personnel, translator,
   additional equipment, furniture etc.)
