How to become an exhibitor

• Connect the Organizer by phone, fax or e-mail and ask for an exhibition flo or plan and a contract application form.

• Choose an unoccupied stand; connect the Organizer who will reserve it for you.
• Fill in a contract application form (you can find it in our web-site) and
  send it to the Organizer by fax or e-mail.
• Pay a first part of a bill according to a contract.
• After you have paid a first part the Organizer sends you an "Exhibitor's manual" (an information about the whole range of things you need to prepare for the exhibition, including car pass-tickets ordering, telephone placing, additional personnel, translator, additional
  equipment, furniture etc.)
